Online sites for womens snowboards?
Anyone know a good internet site for girl snowboards? I'm hoping to get a package with board, boots, & bindings for my wife. She's a beginner. I google'd snowboards and saw plenty sites but I'm not sure whats a good reliable safe site. The less expensive the better- maybe on clearance or something- but not so cheap its garbage.
Not sure if it matters, but I live in Platteville, WI
Thanks!!
Some sites I'd trust are:
http://www.evogear.com (just bought from them last week actually, and they have pretty good deals if you check their outlet section, check out the Ride Solace they have)
http://www.sierrasnowboard.com (good sales right now, the K2 Skyla is a beginner board by a good company)
http://www.dogfunk.com (big selection and you should find some stuff on sale)
http://www.the-house.com (actually located in St Paul, MN; not sure where Platteville, WI is?)
http://www.backcountry.com (also check out their outlet)
Also, I'm not sure if you know what size board she'd need, but here's a pretty decent calculator: http://www.frostyrider.com/tips/size-guide.htm
