Feet hurt really bad while snowboarding?
starting from the end of last season till now, my feet hurt really bad while I'm wearing my snowboarding boots, but it instantly gets better as soon as i loosen them. It gets so bad that i have to loosen my boots as soon as i get down the hill and redo them on top of the lift, sometimes i even have to stop midway going down and loosen and wait a bit till the pain goes away.
the pain is around my foot and up my calves and it feels almost like the pain from sore muscles
what will stop this, i dont really want to spend money on a new pair of boots. will new insoles make it better?
btw my boots r ride jackson BOA
sorry to say but its prolly ur boots. u say it urself that when u loosen em ur feet feel better instantly. the boa system could be a main cause of this because ive heard a lot of comlaints from boa riders that they create terrible pressure points. maybe on your next pair go for a basic lace system and take the time to lace them comfortably rather than the speed of boa.
good luck
