snowboard recomendations size and type?

im 6 foot 190 pounds size 11 boot intermediate rider. ive been riding a 160 burton clash which was fine for a while but its a bit to long and stiff. im looking for something that will hold up on the whole mountain and parks. im not heavy into parks i just like boxes and kickers. i need something flex but not too flex just enough so i can butter around without having to put all my weight on it my feet are set at 15 -15 so i wont need a wide board. get at me
