I need to know what my new snowboard needs to start the first season.?
I have just got a snowboard for my first year on the park. I purchased a Burton Custom Smalls board, Burton Custom Bindings, and Burton operator smalls boots. i need to know exactly what i need to do to get it prepered for the season. I already have a stomp pad. do i need to get it waxed??ect.ect. what should i do from the point i pull it out of the box???

If you haven't done so, put the bindings on the board and adjust them for your stance. Put the stomp on after you get the bindings on the board. I would hot wax the board. It should come with a factory wax, but a good hot waxing is the best. If you have stickers, throw them on the top sheet. (optional) If you are unsure of how to do any of this, take it to a local board shop. They can help you with fitting the bindings (might be a small charge if you purchased the stuff elsewhere) and can wax it for about $20.
Invest in a bag and a tool kit. I recommend the Ogio Soft Taco. It keeps the board from gettimg dinged up in storage and transport and makes carrying your gear easier.
