What snowboard should I buy my daughter for Christmas?
So i have been searching online for a snowboard and bindings for my 8 yr old daughter... There are a ton of boards online to choose from and then when you go to the store there are only like 2 or 3 brands of youth boards. I think I am stuck purchasing at a store because I dont know much about the sport or what I am getting. I need to know if Morrow is a good brand? I was going to go with the Burton 09 chick-let board but it is pepto pink with pink bindings and pink boots. My daughter would puke. Morrow has one that is less gross but I dont want to buy a piece of junk and I only want to spend about $250 for her first board. Also how do the boots fit are they true to size?

They have a 126cm board which sounds about right for an 8 year old. There is a size chart on that site too. Also check out http://www.frostyrider.com/tips/size-guide.htm to find a recommended length for her board. It's based on her weight and height a little too. You can get a package for $250 if you shop for discounted stuff from last year. That website also has a chat function so if you have any questions you can get help from someone right away. I only recommend that you buy the boots in person so your daughter can try them on. You'll want her feet to be comfortable so she won't be miserable.
