It's too much bright blue.

Check out the Sonny Denim Pants in black from Holden Outerwear, they are black, but you still got some style. The threads in the pants are brown and would look awesome to bring out the cool color fade in your jacket, bring the depth out of it. -

If you want to stick with 686, because yes, they are the masters at outerwear along with the best of them. then go for something that doesn't match so well. Look at the ACC Fuse Insulated Pant in Storm (if you're looking to be bright, then Lime). I like wearing the same colors, if they're not the same shade. -
