Do I need freestyle ski boots if I buy all mountain twin tipped skis?
I'm buying some all mountain twin tipped skis...like piste and park. I've always rented so I've never needed to bother about if I need to match skis with boots, but the time has come for me to get my own. Any ideas?
thanks
Basically when your looking for boots, your shopping for comfort and stability. Personally I've never bothered to match skis with boots and it's worked perfectly fine with me. Mostly it's about where the bindings are placed. When you get the bindings mounted, tell the person who's doing them what kind of skiing you will be doing (park, back country, moguls etc..), and they should know where to put them. ![]()
But if you really have your mind set on matching boots with skis, then talk to someone at a ski shop and they should be able to help you.
